Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a global POI database, multi-source POI integration, and POI nearby search services for local services.
  • •Develop geocoding and IP Location services to support local services and monetization.
  • •Participate in building an online streaming data scheduling system for high scalability and scheduling performance.
  • •Construct POI data access processes and online/offline data cleansing modules.
  • •Develop core POI processing components (admission, integration, aggregation) and collaborate with AI engineers on efficient update and release mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Familiarity with a programming language such as Java, Golang, PHP, Python, or C++; preference for Golang or Java.
  • •Knowledge of common internet technologies including Linux, MySQL, NoSQL, RPC, MQ, caching, and microservices architecture.
  • •Good coding and documentation habits, with attention to code style and fundamental design patterns/principles.
  • •Bonus experience with building high-concurrency services, and/or POI data processing workflows and POI big data/data management.
