Customer Billing Specialist

Own the end-to-end customer billing cycle: process monthly invoices (including credit notes), handle cancellations and deal adjustments, and send invoices plus account updates. Validate new business deals with Sales Operations, respond to client billing questions and issues, and produce accurate billing reports including revenue reconciliation. Work closely with internal teams to ensure billing data is consistent, timely, and correct.
