Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive a multi-year product and technology roadmap aligned to growth goals and IAM strategy.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into product requirements and system capabilities.
  • •Lead buy-vs-build decisions for internal tools and platforms and shape vendor integration strategies.
  • •Design end-to-end user journeys, remove bottlenecks in workflows, and improve internal user and customer outcomes.
  • •Own the full product lifecycle, metrics instrumentation, and change management for new capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of product management experience, including work on AI/ML products, B2B SaaS platforms, or CRM/CS ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Service Cloud, Zendesk, Gainsight).
  • •Experience with APIs and data pipelines/warehousing, collaborating effectively with architects and engineers on system design.
  • •Experience shipping AI- or ML-powered capabilities (e.g., chatbots, intelligent routing, recommendations, predictive insights) and using data to monitor and improve them.
  • •Ability to influence without authority and align executives and cross-functional partners around clear problem statements, metrics, and a plan of record.
  • •Ability to create clear product briefs and PRDs, and communicate status updates to drive timely decisions.
