Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims (Defender).
  • •Forensic review and analysis of documents, liability, quantum, and causation.
  • •Drafting advice, court documents, and correspondence.
  • •Preparing witness statements and instructions to experts and counsel.
  • •Liaising with clients and conducting site visits; supporting Partners and contributing to team initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Sheriff Court/Court of Session personal injury or complex claims is preferred
