Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage regional IT operations and projects across subsidiaries, representing Global IT and ensuring alignment with group objectives.
  • •Ensure service delivery and user experience by monitoring system performance/SLAs, maintaining systems, and governing incidents/problems/services under ITSM rules.
  • •Drive cybersecurity awareness, compliance, incident management/triage, evidence collection, cyber hygiene enforcement, and coordination with security operations and partners.
  • •Own technology roadmap execution with KPI tracking, business requirement capture/prioritization, demand management, and change management/user adoption support.
  • •Lead people, budgeting, vendor/service provider governance, contract/purchasing compliance, audits/risk support, and ongoing reporting/documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of proven experience in similar roles.
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
