Staff RF Engineer

Lead RF system validation, characterization, and debugging for WHOOP’s wearable wireless technologies. You’ll drive RF circuit design and electromagnetic simulation, then partner with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, product, and operations teams to deliver robust, production-ready RF systems. Own RF hardware requirements, validation and production test strategies, and global wireless certification for compliance. Establish RF design standards, mentor engineers, and travel up to 15% to support work across sites.
