Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, coordination, execution, monitoring and completion of assigned projects and infrastructure works, including schedules, milestones, budgets and deliverables.
  • •Oversee mechanical and utilities engineering (HVAC, pumps, plumbing, fire-fighting mechanical systems, water supply, drainage, STP/ETP) plus mechanical maintenance programs.
  • •Manage electrical infrastructure and power management (HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, UPS, lighting, earthing) to ensure safe, reliable operations.
  • •Run facility management and maintenance programs (preventive/predictive/breakdown, inspections, asset registers, uptime and reliability) to support continuous 24/7 logistics operations.
  • •Ensure HSE compliance, statutory inspections/approvals, vendor/contractor performance and documentation readiness from project handover through operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (Diploma may be considered based on relevant experience).
  • •Preferably 10–20 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Facility Management, Infrastructure or Operations.
  • •Strong exposure to project execution, MEP systems, utilities, maintenance, contractor/vendor management and statutory compliance.
  • •Knowledge of BMS and SAP/Oracle or similar ERP/maintenance systems is an advantage.
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to plan, schedule and manage multiple priorities.
