Key Responsibilities

•Lead UX Transformation: redefine UX from execution to strategic, research-led leadership; drive adoption of AI-enabled design and workflow optimization; establish UX as a core driver of product and business strategy
•Champion Research & Behavioral Science: build and scale a UX research-driven organization; apply behavioral science, psychology, or human-computer interaction; move beyond UI to understand how users think, behave, and interact with systems
•Design End-to-End Experiences: own UX across digital platforms, hardware-enabled systems, and real-world workflows; ensure experiences are intuitive across the entire customer journey
•Partner Cross-Functionally in Matrixed Environment: work with product management and software/hardware engineering for early customer discovery, ideation, and workflow design
•Build Data-Driven UX: define metrics to track user behavior; use insights to drive continuous product improvement; create feedback loops for roadmap decisions

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience leading user research and/or experience design leveraging foundational behavioral science and psychology
•Proven experience leading digital or UX transformation initiatives in a matrixed environment
•Ability to operate across software and real-world operational systems
•Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in Behavioral Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience Design, or a related field
•Experience building or scaling UX functions within complex organizations
