Seasoned Transportation Program Executive leading large-scale design and construction programs in New Jersey and New York. Oversees multi-phase delivery, client liaison, budget and schedule control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

•Directs and manages the entire project through all phases
•Responsible for delivery of a major program and ensures budget control, schedule and contract management
•Provides leadership and guidance to subordinate managers and staff and acts as primary liaison between AECOM and client interface
•Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives
•Mentors and develops team members to foster continuous improvement and innovation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related scientific/technical field + 12 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education including 4 years of leadership experience
•Due to the projects associated with this position a US Citizenship is required
•Professional Engineer in NY and NJ
•20 years of experience in both design and construction management
•Experience with similar size projects, including those with aggressive schedules and comprehensive community information programs
