Job Summary

Own the customer, partner, and early revenue go-to-market motion for Mozilla’s browser automation infrastructure platform. Identify and engage high-potential design partners across AI and developer tools, build and manage pipeline, and run discovery through LOI, POC, pilot, and early commercial contracts. Partner closely with engineering to translate customer needs into product input and help shape a repeatable sales motion.

•Build deep relationships with early customers to understand automation workflows, technical constraints, security requirements, and buying processes.
•Identify, engage, and develop pipeline with early design partners across AI, developer tools, enterprise automation, QA, and browser-native application teams.
•Quantify customer pain and business value, define decision criteria, and move prospects from exploratory conversations to pilots and commercial agreements.
•Translate customer needs into clear product input for engineering and help prioritize capabilities required for production use.
•Close LOIs, proofs of concept, pilot commitments, design partner agreements, and early commercial contracts; support demos and trials.

Key Requirements

•Experience selling in an early-stage (0-to-1) environment where product, buyer, pricing, and sales motion are still forming.
•Strong technical fluency to engage engineers and technical buyers on architecture, reliability, security, deployment, and integrations.
•Proven ability to identify customer pain, build pipeline, run pilots, and convert technical engagements into commercial wins.
