Job Summary

Provide technical support for medium-to-complex environments involving installation, integration, deployment, configuration, and fault management for Red Hat OpenShift and related datacenter technologies. Support pre-sales activities including workshops and proof of concepts, compile technical specifications, write reports and proposals, maintain project documentation, and help design/validate solutions. Engage with clients on-site and remotely, troubleshoot escalated issues, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support for installations, integration, deployment, configuration, and fault management in complex environments.
•Deliver implementation work plus pre-sales support such as workshops and proof of concepts.
•Compile technical specifications, write reports and proposals, and maintain project documentation.
•Escalate and respond to unresolved or escalated client requests and complex problems to relevant third parties.
•Coach and mentor more junior implementation engineers/technicians and coordinate their activities toward performance targets.

Key Requirements

•Mandatory experience with Red Hat OpenShift, with other datacenter technologies such as storage, backup, virtualization, cloud, and hyper-converged infrastructure.
•Comprehensive understanding of technical design principles and project/administration processes.
•Seasoned experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.
•Hands-on diagnosis and troubleshooting experience for complex technical issues.
•Proficient documentation skills (e.g., LLD, As-Build, migration plans).
