  • •Own and evolve the Platform portfolio-level growth framework, including segmentation by growth archetype and tailored investment trade-offs.
  • •Drive strategic initiatives such as post-acquisition growth strategy, cross-portfolio synergies, and Consumption GTM.
  • •Author and maintain frameworks and performance metrics for ELT and Board reviews, mobilizing cross-functional leaders across Product, Sales, and Finance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategy, GTM, product operations, management consulting, or finance, with increasing scope and responsibility.
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, growing, and promoting talent across multiple levels as a manager of managers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build frameworks and operating rhythms from ambiguity (build-it-from-zero).
