Analyst - Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance

Provide analytical support across origination, execution, and distribution of corporate flow and event-driven financings within Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance. Assist with credit processing and execution for business opportunities, support the development of corporate and sponsor client relationships, and lead parts of the deal process to ensure coordination with corporate, institutional, and commercial banking partners. Help senior staff deliver consistent pricing and structural guidance while managing operational and reputational risk.
