Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the lounge/podium area to uphold the Foundation Room ambiance and guest experience.
  • •Support members and staff by providing reservation timing information and communicating with the manager and service team.
  • •Check identification for guests who appear to be under 30 and who are drinking alcoholic beverages inside the venue.
  • •Ensure no weapons or harmful items enter the venue by inspecting every guest with a metal detector or pat-down search and enforcing photo/video/recording policies.
  • •Prevent and resolve altercations, safeguard against theft/property damage, and assist with emergency evacuation procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.6 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
  • •Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • •Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) and flexible schedule to work late hours.
