Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • •Supervise on-site activities, including scheduling labor, materials, and equipment, to support efficient execution.
  • •Monitor progress and identify delays, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • •Conduct inspections and quality control checks, and prepare/review documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant experience (2 years in GCC is a plus).
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) and ability to use project management tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
