Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
  • •Use the remote assistance platform to support vehicles according to operational protocols.
  • •Resolve issues independently and escalate unresolved items to the appropriate team lead, tracking to closure.
  • •Identify and flag patterns in vehicle behavior or system performance needing attention.
  • •Collect, organise, and summarise remote assistance issues and feedback, and assist customer service specialists with user communications as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or above, with any field of study.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard digital tools including email and internal platforms.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • •Calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness.
  • •Valid UAE driving licence with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record (no major violations, DUI/drug-related offences, or serious accidents).
