Maintain clear reporting and documentation of issues and feedback, and support customer service specialists with user communications. Work rotating shifts for 24/7 coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
•Use the remote assistance platform to support vehicles according to operational protocols.
•Resolve issues independently and escalate unresolved items to the appropriate team lead, tracking to closure.
•Identify and flag patterns in vehicle behavior or system performance needing attention.
•Collect, organise, and summarise remote assistance issues and feedback, and assist customer service specialists with user communications as required.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or above, with any field of study.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard digital tools including email and internal platforms.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
•Calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness.
•Valid UAE driving licence with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record (no major violations, DUI/drug-related offences, or serious accidents).
