Support the technical success of live show and event productions by handling load-in/load-out of equipment, assisting audio and lighting crews, and performing stage setup tasks. Secure passes and tickets, coordinate band set changes, hang banners and update venue signage, and maintain sound, lighting, and stage equipment in a safe, clean manner. Communicate event details to the production crew and help with special events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental equipment.
•Assist audio and lighting crews as directed, including spotlight operation if required.
•Help with cabling, band set changes, and ensuring required items are available for performances.
•Hang show banners, update marquees and other venue signage, and maintain house backline and staging items.
•Maintain and repair sound, light, and stage equipment and operate stage areas safely and cleanly.

Key Requirements

•3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.
•Experience with stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems.
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•Proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
•Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
