Job Summary

Lead technical spares planning and lifecycle management by partnering with Process Engineering, Sales, and FSO to assess spares CIP viability. Translate customer HVP part performance into specifications and test plans for AGS support functions, covering repairs, advanced clean, sensors, self-diagnostics, and advanced materials. Drive internal documentation and qualification plans with customers and lab tools, and advise the GM on resource deployment to meet spares business goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Process Engineering, Sales, and FSO to review viability and value of tier 1 customer spares CIPs.
•Translate customer HVP-related part performance into specifications and test plans for AGS support functions.
•Define opportunities spanning repair, advanced clean, sensors, self-diagnostics, and advanced surface materials.
•Generate internal documentation for alternate part solutions, including internal business cases and sales collateral for internal customers.
•Support account teams in developing qual plans and data packages with customers, lab tools, and the EPIC center; advise GM on resource deployment to achieve spares business goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering, physics, chemistry).
•5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment and leading node fab requirements.
•Extensive experience with semi tools and processes related to PVD, dielectric deposition, or etch.
•Comfort translating technical insights into practical application solutions.
•Mandarin and English speaking (preferred).
