Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Process Engineering, Sales, and FSO to review viability and value of tier 1 customer spares CIPs.
  • •Translate customer HVP-related part performance into specifications and test plans for AGS support functions.
  • •Define opportunities spanning repair, advanced clean, sensors, self-diagnostics, and advanced surface materials.
  • •Generate internal documentation for alternate part solutions, including internal business cases and sales collateral for internal customers.
  • •Support account teams in developing qual plans and data packages with customers, lab tools, and the EPIC center; advise GM on resource deployment to achieve spares business goals.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering, physics, chemistry).
  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment and leading node fab requirements.
  • •Extensive experience with semi tools and processes related to PVD, dielectric deposition, or etch.
  • •Comfort translating technical insights into practical application solutions.
  • •Mandarin and English speaking (preferred).
