Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee monthly close activities, evaluating income statement and balance sheet data integrity and investigating significant anomalies.
  • •Provide variance analysis versus targets and prepare short-, medium-, and long-term profitability forecasts for the business.
  • •Prepare and present consolidated financial results for internal business reviews and support external performance reporting, including Q and K filings with the SEC.
  • •Lead/manage projects to improve reporting processes and accuracy, including implementation and automation of OneStream/One Finance for the co-products.
  • •Serve as a trusted financial advisor and business partner for strategic analysis and decision support, while managing and developing the finance team and budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting, Finance, or a related 4-year degree with typically 15 years of professional experience, including 8+ years of relevant financial experience (or 20 years without a degree).
  • •Knowledge of both US GAAP and IFRS principles.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP and OneStream.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong presentation skills.
  • •Advanced ability to influence senior management through insightful financial analysis and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
