Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce high-definition photorealistic 2D/3D interactive media for simulation/emulation and procedural tasks as part of aviation courseware.
  • •Collaborate with SMEs to develop and review course materials, instructional methods, course objectives, and valid assessment tools.
  • •Apply instructional systems design (ISD) principles and instructional design processes across an extensive curriculum.
  • •Interview SMEs and extract information from GFMs, syllabi, course structure, and other ISD documents to meet training requirements.
  • •Edit, rewrite, format, and integrate graphics and digitized photographs into presentations and web-based courseware; conduct peer reviews and verify technical accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience producing interactive course materials, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •At least 5 years of experience with curriculum development or instructional design methodologies.
  • •Experience designing and developing self-paced, interactive instructional content.
  • •Working proficiency in HTML5.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
