Key Responsibilities

•Define and deliver the strategic vision for the Structural Engineering practice across the UK & Ireland.
•Lead, inspire, and develop structural engineering teams across multiple locations, representing the discipline in leadership forums.
•Drive market positioning and growth by leading major pursuits, bids, proposal strategies, and maintaining senior client relationships.
•Provide oversight and act as Design Authority or Technical Reviewer on complex, high-profile structural engineering and multi-disciplinary commissions.
•Own practice-wide financial performance, resource planning, QA/QC standards, and lead talent strategy, CPD, and sustainability/digital innovation.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or FIStructE).
•Significant experience leading structural engineering teams at a senior or director level.
•Track record delivering major projects and managing large multi-disciplinary teams.
•Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L responsibility.
•Proven business development and senior client relationship management experience.
