Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build backend services for search, remediation, and quarantine workflows across multi-tenant enterprise email environments
  • •Develop features end-to-end in partnership with Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, and Product Manager
  • •Own reliability through unit tests, integration testing, and production observability
  • •Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot customer issues
  • •Contribute to API design for customer-facing REST endpoints used by security operations teams

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or a related engineering field
  • •3+ years of industry experience in backend development and distributed systems
  • •Build features/components from scratch and operate them in production while balancing feature work with operational reliability
  • •Work effectively with distributed teams using async and written communication
  • •Improve service reliability, resiliency, and observability in production systems
