Develop and further standardised HR governance across the Hirslanden group, ensuring legally compliant and audit-ready HR processes. Analyse and improve HR processes and HR guidelines with a focus on efficiency, quality, standardisation, compliance, and usability. Serve as the central contact for HR Business Partners and HR Operations on governance and process topics, including document quality checks and introduction of new standards through group-wide projects.
