Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot customer scheduling issues and serve as first point of contact for scheduling-related problems.
  • •Supervise gas volumes and evaluate/reduce pipeline imbalances; communicate with Pipeline Control for confirmation and imbalance management.
  • •Track and evaluate pipeline maintenance schedules and proactively communicate with customers.
  • •Manage relationships with pipeline and scheduling representatives to ensure operational integrity.
  • •Perform customer invoicing and accounting close activities, and evaluate special customer nomination requests.

Key Requirements
