Job Summary

Work on high-profile Strategy & Advisory Life Sciences projects, supporting multinational pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies. You’ll use data-driven best practices to understand client needs, map and analyze end-to-end processes, and identify opportunities across governance and operational efficiency. Contribute to transformation roadmap deliverables (assessments, market research, benchmarking, workshop materials) and help plan and manage project timelines while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand client needs to support decision-making using data-driven approaches and innovative digital solutions, including Digital Health.
•Analyze current processes by contributing to end-to-end mapping and identifying improvements in governance and operational efficiency.
•Propose innovative initiatives integrating technology and change management to address client challenges.
•Create project deliverables such as assessments, market research, benchmarking, guidelines, and workshop materials.
•Support project planning and management by helping define work plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking progress.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in economics, biomedical engineering/management engineering, or applied scientific disciplines related to the business.
•Strong interest in technology, business strategy, and Life Sciences.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues in a team environment.
•Excellent written and oral proficiency in English.
•Advanced use of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
