Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect a Kubernetes-native platform modeling broadcast infrastructure as custom resources and lead technical strategy using Crossplane compositions and custom Go functions across multi-account AWS and hybrid environments.
  • •Design, build, and maintain production-grade Kubernetes operators, controllers, and internal platform APIs in Go; develop custom Crossplane providers to integrate external enterprise platforms.
  • •Lead infrastructure and networking delivery, including cloud networking, DNS strategy, and cross-account connectivity with automation for VPC topology and routing.
  • •Drive GitOps-based continuous delivery using Flux/Kustomize/Helm and manage configuration-as-code for compute fleets with Puppet.
  • •Own access and security strategy (hierarchical RBAC, resource identifier schemes, identity integrations) and ensure strong operational visibility through observability and alerting stacks.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years designing, building, and operating production infrastructure and cloud-native platforms at enterprise scale.
  • •Strong Go systems programming skills, including building Kubernetes controllers/operators with controller-runtime and kubebuilder.
  • •Expert-level Kubernetes internals experience (CRD/XRD generation, operators, informers, admission webhooks, RBAC).
  • •Deep production experience with Crossplane, including composite resources and custom Crossplane providers in Go.
  • •Extensive AWS expertise across EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, STS, SSM, Secrets Manager, Route 53, and S3; plus GitOps delivery with Flux or ArgoCD.
