Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage/own L1–L3 customer escalations from identification through closure, including containment, root cause, and corrective actions.
  • •Lead technical projects such as NPI support, chamber recovery programs, platform conversions and retrofits, product performance improvements, and reliability initiatives.
  • •Maintain ownership of fleet performance by monitoring uptime, MTBF, MTTR, defects, and utilization and driving standardization across regions.
  • •Serve as the primary technical interface for major customer concerns, presenting findings and recovery plans and supporting executive reviews.
  • •Create and maintain knowledge management assets and act as a safety champion to drive PSER implementation and safe work practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years semiconductor equipment experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of DDP platforms and chamber technologies.
  • •Proven track record leading high-impact customer escalations.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional projects involving BU, Engineering, Quality, GPS, and customers.
  • •Demonstrated leadership without direct authority.
  • •Expert troubleshooting of hardware, software, process, and plasma-related issues.
