  • •Apply Agile methodologies and Product Operating Model (POM) to drive iterative development, continuous improvement, and rapid time-to-market.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to define user stories, prioritize backlog items, and deliver timely, high-quality releases.
  • •Serve as a player/coach to create solutions and own team(s) for implementation in a multi-functional, Agile environment.
  • •Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, high-availability features for enterprise platforms and ensure a reliable customer experience 24/7.
  • •Monitor performance data, gather user feedback, run retrospectives and A/B testing, and integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps.

Salary: USD 117,100 - 187,300 annually

  • •Experience building, developing, motivating, and leading a global workforce across time zones.
  • •Strong experience modernizing monolithic architectures, implementing hybrid cloud strategies, and building APIs bridging legacy systems to cloud-native platforms.
  • •Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation), cloud-native development (Kubernetes, Docker, microservices), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK).
