Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete function-specific rotations across assigned business operations tracks (e.g., Sales & Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Industrial Engineering).
  • •Contribute to departmental goals and short- and long-term objectives during rotations.
  • •Assist in problem-solving and support leadership roles for certain projects.
  • •Seek and apply for qualified internal open positions after 12 months while continuing rotations.
  • •Receive guidance, training, and mentorship from senior leaders, an assigned manager, mentor, and program manager throughout the program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.63 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (regionally accredited) or currently enrolled with anticipated graduation by end of current semester.
  • •Be able to relocate one to two times during rotations.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • •Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • •Currently authorized to work in the U.S. and hold a valid state driver license (depending on rotational track).
