Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and ongoing oversight of the firm’s market data compliance framework across EMEA.
  • •Interpret and advise on exchange and vendor licensing terms to ensure compliant and appropriate data usage.
  • •Oversee usage, entitlement, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual obligations.
  • •Support transformation and change initiatives so market-data usage stays compliant during system, process, and organisational changes with effective change control.
  • •Act as an advisor on external data usage, guiding teams on access, redistribution, entitlements, and best-practice usage patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of exchange and market-data licensing models, including usage rights, redistribution restrictions, reporting rules, and entitlements.
