Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and supervised cooking tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization across workstations, equipment, and countertops while following recipes and plating standards. Help with stock rotation and inventory handling to reduce waste and ensure freshness. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination, coordinate with kitchen teams for timely service, and assist with training and assigned duties.
