Job Summary

Supervise daily warehouse operations for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment. Monitor operational performance against KPIs and customer SLAs, manage inventory via cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation, and maintain audit-ready quality and food-safety compliance. Lead and coach warehouse associates, optimize manpower and resources using WMS productivity data, and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and PPE compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise inbound receiving, inventory storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch to ensure smooth end-to-end fulfillment.
•Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with KPIs and customer SLAs.
•Coordinate cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
•Enforce barcode scanning procedures, review discrepancies/mis-picks, and maintain warehouse quality and regulatory food safety compliance.
•Lead and supervise warehouse associates and shift leads, managing attendance, productivity, coaching, and safety compliance (WSH and PPE).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any discipline.
•Minimum 2 years in Q-commerce / E-commerce, Grocery / Food Retail, or FMCG.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis/reporting.
•Ability to communicate in elementary English (spoken and written).
•Interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and team management.
