Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end architecture of agentic solutions: orchestration, tool/function calling, memory/state, retrieval, evaluation, and observability including cost/latency budgets.
  • •Guide engineers through design reviews, pairing, and code review, setting a higher bar through standards and guardrails.
  • •Define reference architectures, agentic patterns, testing/eval strategy, and CI/CD for non-deterministic systems including deployment topology.
  • •Prototype and implement complex components such as orchestration and eval harnesses, then take promising prototypes to production reliability (monitoring, versioning, rollback, human-in-the-loop).
  • •Act as the senior technical voice with clients in solution discussions/workshops/pitches and advise on AI architecture, platform strategy, model/vendor strategy, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in software or data engineering, including genuine enterprise architecture experience and systems that survived security review and production traffic.
  • •Strong Python or equivalent, with comfort writing code and contributing via pull requests quickly.
  • •Demonstrable agentic AI experience, including agentic loops/orchestration, tool use/function calling, multi-agent patterns, and evaluation of AI solutions.
  • •Depth on at least one major cloud platform plus core practices like containers, IaC, observability, and security.
  • •Presence with clients: explain trade-offs clearly and hold discussions with senior stakeholders respectfully.
