R&D Lab Operations Manager

Lead end-to-end lifecycle operations for hardware in an advanced R&D lab supporting enterprise server platforms, prototype systems, benchtop fixtures, development boards, and test equipment. Own lab hardware inventory and assets—receiving, labeling, deploying, repairing, tracking, and retiring equipment—while improving safety, check-in/check-out, and readiness processes. Troubleshoot hardware/firmware and coordinate repair/RMA workflows, partnering with engineering, IT, security, facilities, vendors, and logistics. Use AI tooling to automate daily operations.
