Key Responsibilities

  • •Design RF/microwave components and phased array applications, including developing concepts based on RF/microwave insights.
  • •Design and/or test MMIC or module products and test fixtures at RF/microwave frequencies.
  • •Integrate and test component-level and system-level phased array hardware.
  • •Provide technical support to production activities, including hands-on testing of microwave components, cards, and systems.
  • •Support team leadership activities such as cost and schedule management, plus proposal writing and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • •Experience analyzing, designing, and/or testing microwave/RF systems, subsystems, and/or components.
  • •Hands-on RF/microwave testing experience, including spectrum analyzers, real-time spectrum analyzers (RSAs), vector network analyzers (VNAs), and performance network analyzers (PNAs).
  • •Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Genesys, and Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition Cadence Virtuso.
  • •Ability to perform RF calculations and cascaded analysis, with strong written and oral communication skills.
