Key Responsibilities

•Work as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment and contribute to HPC administration initiatives.
•Help develop and implement new technologies based upon industry best practices for DT HPC environments.
•Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems across HPC hardware, software, and operating systems.
•Understand software tools, automated scripts, batch schedulers, hardware, and system-level troubleshooting to support the engineering community.
•Perform OS tuning to maximize system performance and standardize processes across DT functions.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
•Experience in Windows and/or Linux Server Environments including directory services management, and system hardening
•Experience maintaining a medium sized Microsoft Windows Server environment
•Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and High Performance Computing scheduling/monitoring tools
