Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of the contract supporting Diplomatic Technologies’ global IDAM mission and align delivery with strategic priorities.
  • •Direct 24x7 IDAM operations globally, ensuring high availability, reliability, and prompt incident response.
  • •Establish and enforce SLAs, KPIs, SLOs, and MTTR targets, and ensure consistent ITIL-aligned service management across regions.
  • •Ensure continuous compliance with NIST RMF, FISMA, and cybersecurity requirements; support audit response, continuous monitoring, and ATO processes.
  • •Manage resources and staffing strategies, support forecasting/EVM compliance and cost-efficient delivery, and lead people development and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years managing complex IT or network programs in global environments, including identity modernization efforts.
  • •5+ years leading large, diverse teams across multiple time zones.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cloud-focused identity modernization.
  • •Strong ITIL-based service management experience, including SLAs/KPIs/SLOs and incident response.
  • •Active Top Secret clearance and ability to interface effectively with senior federal executives and global stakeholders.
