Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and guide Coaches for continuous, integrated alignment to support ASWF enablement.
  • •Execute practice standards and address acute needs within the SDU.
  • •Provide practice health insights via check-ins and assessments across SDUs and the Learning Office.
  • •Leverage tools and processes to help SDUs adapt to emerging needs.
  • •Support novice Soldiers and provide rapid practice feedback to practitioners.

Salary: USD 164,619 - 280,667

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • •2 years of experience coaching and coordinating work of teams (e.g., software engineers, security, compliance, data scientists, product designers).
  • •Ability to coach and train intermediate and junior software developers across planning, requirements, risk management, design, development, architecture, quality, security, and tests.
  • •Fluent in test-driven development, lean methodology, and DevSecOps.
  • •Knowledge of Java, C#, Spring Boot, PHP, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Kotlin, and data transformation/visualization logic.
