Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client engagements focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and digital workplace transformation initiatives.
  • •Assess business requirements and translate them into scalable Microsoft-based solutions.
  • •Design and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • •Provide advisory support and preliminary guidance on Microsoft Copilot readiness, adoption, governance, and use cases.
  • •Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop roadmaps and provide governance/security/compliance and information architecture best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15+ years of overall IT consulting and solution delivery experience.
  • •Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • •Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio, OneDrive, Outlook, and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to facilitate business and technical workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance, and collaboration frameworks, including Copilot readiness and adoption planning.
