CityWalk Assistant General Manager, Food Opertaions

Direct, manage, and help open/operate a high-volume branded food concept at CityWalk, overseeing planning, training, and leadership to meet goals across sales, costs, team retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Drive operating profit, control food, beverage, and labor costs, analyze financial reports and budgets, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and partner with HR to develop restaurant leaders.
