Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect end-to-end integration of OpenText VIM into SAP S/4HANA MM, Coupa, and FI landscapes.
  • •Design robust global templates for automated 3-way matching, EDI inbound/outbound processing, and exception routing.
  • •Define technical strategy for automated tax compliance, localized legal requirements, and automated debit/credit note generation frameworks.
  • •Evaluate and implement advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and IES (Information Extraction Service) models for invoice data capture.
  • •Provide senior-level maintenance and project support for invoice processing and help shape and grow team processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) experience, including 4+ years specifically architecting OpenText VIM solutions.
  • •Experience architecting end-to-end invoice processing integrations across SAP and procurement landscapes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT or Finance (or equivalent experience).
  • •Strong English language skills for an international environment.
  • •OpenText VIM certification is a strong plus.
