Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate solutions using in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
  • •Establish relationships with business partners and refer customers when appropriate to provide timely, holistic financial solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to pursue sales activities to acquire new consumer household/small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
