Job Summary

Own end-to-end recruitment across ANZ, running both high-volume go-to-market searches (AEs, AMs, SDRs) and targeted senior corporate roles. Partner directly with executives to shape hiring plans, refine role requirements, and advise on talent strategy using market insight, data, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows. Use Ashby and recruitment analytics to streamline processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and raising hiring quality across the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Run full-cycle recruitment across a mixed portfolio of roles, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
•Develop and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, market mapping, networking, direct outreach, and AI tools to build candidate pipelines.
•Manage competing priorities and high requisition volumes while balancing speed with quality, cultural alignment, and candidate experience.
•Partner with executives and senior leaders to define role requirements, build hiring plans, and advise on talent strategy, market trends, interview design, and decisions.
•Use AI tools, Ashby (ATS), and recruitment analytics to streamline workflow, track metrics, generate insights, and continuously improve recruiting efficiency and consistency.

Key Requirements

•7–12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across high-volume go-to-market roles and senior corporate/leadership positions in fast-paced environments.
•Experience in a tech or fintech company, comfortable with ambiguity, high growth, and standards-driven operations.
•Ability to run end-to-end searches independently, from intake and sourcing through offer design, negotiation, and close.
•Proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders/executives as a trusted advisor using data and judgment to influence hiring decisions.
•Practical experience using AI tools and modern recruiting technology (e.g., AI notetakers, sourcing agents, sequencing tools, or analytics).
