Manager, HR Business Partner - Financial Services

Partner with the Financial Services HR team to deliver people initiatives and talent strategy for the Auto business. Collaborate with HRBPs and HR partner groups to execute people strategy, HR processes, and reporting across the Navigator Platform organization. Lead cyclical HR processes like performance and talent management and associate surveys, consult with managers and associates on HR issues, and coach people managers on leadership, org design, and performance concerns.
