Job Summary

HR Global Services Advisor provides onboarding, data management, and compliance support for employees in German-speaking countries and Turkey. Key Responsibilities

•Provides support for HR activities including pre-hire checks, hiring in HR system, onboarding, data changes, leave of absence, compensation, benefits, and termination of employment.
•Initiates, reviews, and approves daily HR system transactions ensuring policy compliance.
•Oversees and maintains accurate employee records; supports audits, government surveys, and reporting.
•Serves as a consultant to departments outside the shared services program to streamline HR processes and provide best-practice training.
•Maintains internal HR control standards and implements internal audit points and regulator feedback as applicable.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; commensurate experience accepted
•2-4 years of experience in Human Resources Administration
•Fluent in German and Turkish (Greek a plus)
•Experience with MS Office; working knowledge of Workday or other HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is advantageous
•Strong customer focus, integrity, confidentiality, analytical and problem solving skills; good communication
