Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the global technical recruiting strategy across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and TPM across regions.
•Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting leaders across regions, setting and coaching to a consistent bar.
•Serve as a strategic advisor to senior technical leaders with market intelligence and compensation insights.
•Lead the adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across the recruiting function to improve sourcing, assessment, and closing.
•Design and continuously improve processes, systems, and interview infrastructure to hire with speed while maintaining quality.
•Establish and own recruiting metrics that matter and use them to drive decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of recruiting leadership experience with a deep focus on technical hiring across engineering, product, and adjacent functions.
•Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
•High agency, strategic operator who can set direction and execute — equally comfortable in a leadership conversation about talent strategy and in the weeds of a hard search.
•Strong analytical instincts with a track record of using data to drive decisions, not just report them — across funnel health, quality of hire, and team performance.
•Deep knowledge of technical compensation trends and market dynamics across global talent pools.
