Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate tow trucks and equipment to move disabled, improperly parked, or non-operational vehicles
  • •Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles in line with company safety guidelines
  • •Respond to recovery, removal, or repositioning requests in a timely manner
  • •Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report mechanical or safety issues
  • •Maintain accurate records/logs of towed or moved vehicles and coordinate priorities with Lot Operations

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education/certification and 3 years’ experience, or 7 years’ experience
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving experience
  • •Pre-hire Physical for DOT medical card and completion of DOT Driver Qualification file
  • •Rollback tow truck experience and 1–3 years of experience driving a service/tow truck or front-end loader
  • •Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods, walk long distances, and lift 1–30 pounds
