Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers, and service/field support to improve reliability across the product lifecycle.
  • •Drive Quality Management System compliance and sustainability to the AS9100 certification.
  • •Develop and improve KPIs for quality and use data-driven approaches to evaluate, prioritize, and track quality and reliability across suppliers, manufacturing, and field.
  • •Support internal tracking tools for supplier incoming, manufacturing in-process, and field quality issues, including root-cause investigations and corrective/preventative actions.
  • •Support raw material supplier inspection and incoming inspection programs and contribute to MRB activities and supplier evaluation/qualification; work cross-functionally to define and execute product roadmap quality requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience working with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware/software systems.
  • •5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields.
  • •Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 regulated environment.
  • •Working knowledge of quality core tools including FMEA, RCCA/8D, Change Management, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T, plus hands-on metrology tools and instruments.
