•Turn the proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform using industry best practices.
•Understand users’ personalized requests and develop scalable technical solutions.
•Build a globalized CRM system with high performance and availability across multiple regions.
•Collaborate to enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction, including stable and secure customer fund transactions while balancing revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience.

Key Requirements

•Complete or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Professional experience with Java is preferred.
•Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other microservice frameworks is preferred.
•Professional experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc.) is preferred.
