Key Responsibilities

•Undertake NEC Supervisor services as defined in the NEC3 ECC, reporting into the Project Leads for each element of the Recap Programme.
•Report into the Project Lead appropriate to the project being worked upon.
•Have a regular presence on site, providing independent scrutiny of the works, ensuring the correct materials are used and to the correct standards.
•Have foresight to identify issues/potential issues and prevent them from occurring.
•Manage any defects that do arise.

Key Requirements

•NEC Supervisor or NEC Project Manager Accreditation
•Relevant construction degree or equivalent qualification
•Relevant construction experience and a good understanding of construction methods
•Commitment to service excellence and delivering quality standards
•Ability to work collaboratively within a large project team and use digital systems to access project information and record defects
